Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add vinegar, sugar, salt, and margarine to scaled milk. When lukewarm, add yeast, egg, and egg yolks. Add flour to make a soft dough. Let rise. Roll out 3/8in thick. Fry in oil at 375-400 F. for 2 minutes on each side. Glaze while hot.
GLAZE- Add enough water to make a glaze. Dip hot doughnuts in glaze. Place on rack to dry.
