Beat together-
1 c. Crisco oil 2 c. sugar
3 eggs 3 tsp. vanilla
2 c. zucchini shredded & peeled
Mix together the following ingredients then and add to above ingredients-
3 c. flour 1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder 2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt 1 c. nuts (optional)
Add the first part to the second part. Makes 2 loaves. Grease and flour or Pam spray bread pans. Bake at 325 degrees for one hour.
