In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, pudding, eggs, sour cream, oil and vanilla. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into Pam sprayed 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Combine pecans, sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over batter. Cut through with a knife to swirl. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. In a small bowl, combine powdered sugar and orange juice or milk until smooth; drizzle over warm coffee cake.
