2 lbs. ground beef
|

1 onion
|
|
2 cloves garlic or 1 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
|

1 can chicken broth
|
|
1 can pinto beans
|
|
1 can light kidney beans
|
|
1 can black beans
|
|
1 can yellow corn, drained
|
|
1 can white corn, drained
|
|
|
|
2 cans diced tomatoes
|
|
2 cans tomato sauce
|
|
1 can rotel tomatoes
|
|
2 pack dry ranch dressing mixes
|
|
2 packs taco mixes
|
|
1 cup water
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |

|
Brown ground beef and diced onion together and drain.
|
|
|
Mix all ingredients.
|
|
|
Simmer on low heat for several hours, or cook in a crock pot.
|
|
|
Serve with shredded sharp cheddar cheese, sour cream, tortilla or Frito chips, or cornbread.
