TOFU STEAKS- (Soft, fish-like texture)
Cut tofu in 4 equal pieces. Mix the flour, salt,
and pepper together, then dredge the tofu in the
flour mixture. Fry in oil (high heat, flipping
every 2 minutes or so) until each side is golden
brown and crispy.

CRISPY TOFU- (Chinese style)
Cut tofu into small triangles. Mix the cornstarch,
salt, and pepper together, then dredge the tofu
pieces in the mixture. Fry in oil (high heat) until
all sides are golden brown and crispy.
