     Chinese Green Beans

Ingredients
1 lb. green beans
1 tbsp. chopped garlic
1 tbsp. chopped ginger
2 green onions, white part only, chopped
1 small squirt of Sriracha
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
pepper, to taste
 

Instructions
1) Wash and trim green beans, cutting each one in each diagonally. Without oil, stir fry the beans in a large wok until puckered, about 7 minutes. Set aside to cool.
2) Heat 1 tbsp. oil on the skillet, then add the garlic, ginger, and green onion. Stir-fry for a few seconds, then add the squirt of Sriracha.
3) Add in the green beans, as well as the remaining ingredients. Stir fry until hot and well combined.
Serving Suggestions
Per serving- about 50-60 calories
