1) Wash and trim green beans, cutting each one in
each diagonally. Without oil, stir fry the beans in
a large wok until puckered, about 7 minutes. Set
aside to cool.
2) Heat 1 tbsp. oil on the skillet, then add the
garlic, ginger, and green onion. Stir-fry for a few
seconds, then add the squirt of Sriracha.
3) Add in the green beans, as well as the remaining
ingredients. Stir fry until hot and well combined.
