     Garlic and Tomato Tilapia

Ingredients
2 tilapia filets
4 garlic cloves
1 cup peeled, seeded, and diced tomato
5 Tbsp sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
 

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 325F. 2. in a medium bowl, mince the garlic and mash it together with the tomato. Stir in sour cream and season with salt and pepper. 3. Place fish in a shallow baking dish. 4. Bake fish for 10 minutes, until about half way done. 5. Remove from oven and pour tomato sauce over it. Return to oven and cook for 10 more minutes, until fish flakes easily with fork.
