Combine all ingredients except food coloring in mixing bowl. Beat at low to medium speed at least 10 minutes. Scrape beaters and side of bowl several times to mix well. Color as desired. Store in air-tight container in refrigerator. Icing will last several weeks in refrigerator. Makes 4 cups.
