     CHOCOLATE BITTERSWEET FROSTING

Ingredients
4 c. semisweet chocolate chips
1- 16 oz. reduced-fat sour cream, at room temperature
 

Instructions
Melt chocolate chips in a medium bowl as package directs. Cool slightly, then whisk in sour cream until blended and smooth. Let stand at room temperature 15 to 30 minutes until thick enough to spread easily.
