suggestion, bell peppers, carrots, broccoli, beans,
mushrooms, onions, zuchini, squash
2-3 tbs soy sauce (optional)
rice (optional)
chow mein noodles (optional)
2 tbs olive oil
Instructions
heat wok with 2 tbs of olive oil. Saute your chosen meat. Add veggies and soy sauce(chop fresh veggies into small chunks, not too thick). Saute and stir occasionally, for approx. 10 minutes or until veggies are done.
