     LEMON POPPY SEED BREAD

Ingredients
1 pkg. lemon cake mix
4 eggs
3 ½ oz. pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
1 to 2 tsp. poppy seed
½ c. oil
1 c. water
 

Instructions
Blend the cake mix, eggs, pudding and poppy seeds together. Add water mixing well. Pour into two loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
