4-8 various chicken pieces(breasts, thighs, legs etc)bone in
1/2 cup butter
1 large chopped onion
1/2 jar major grey or bombay mango chutney
1/4 cup honey
2 tsp curry powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
In a medium saucepan, melt butter on medium heat. Add chopped onions and cook, stirring frequently until softened. Add, chutney, honey, curry, salt and pepper for 5 minutes on medium low heat until all flavours are mixed.
Place chicken pieces in a single layer in large baking dish or pan. Spoon the buttered curry mixture over the top, until all the pieces are well covered. Use the entire mixture.
Cover the chicken with foil and bake at 350 for 35 minutes, then remove the foil and baste with the pan juices. Put back into the oven for 25 minutes until the chicken is very golden, and juices run clear.

Serve with couscous or rice.
