     KIT’S FOCCACIA BREAD

Ingredients
6-7 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 Tbs. garlic powder
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
½ tsp. Rosemary
1 tsp. coarse pepper
2 Tbs. yeast
1/3 c. olive oil
 
2 ½ c. or so of warm water

Instructions
Mix/knead above ingredients and let rise one time in bread machine. Remove and divide in half. Sprinkle baking sheet with cornmeal. Flatten dough with fingers that are oiled with olive oil till dough is 1 inch thick. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and coarse ground pepper. Let rise about 20 minutes. Bake in 400 degree oven for 10-15 minutes.
