In large mixing bowl, combine the dry cake and pudding mixes, eggs, water and oil; beat until well mixed. Fold in poppy seeds. Pour into two Pam sprayed 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks to cool completely.
