Use Bread Machine, 2 ½ lb. size and use manual setting on machine because you don’t bake in the bread machine.
Bread is now ready to mix. If needed, add more water or flour for the consistency you want. This will make about 20 rolls.
Let rise 30-40 minutes. Be sure and watch it because it will rise to the top of the bread machine. Remove mixture from the machine and roll out about ¼ inch thick; rectangle size. Spread with soft butter, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Roll up tightly and slice. Place in Pam sprayed baking pan. Bake according to directions below.
For sticky rolls-
Pam spray a 9 x 13 inch pan. In bottom of pan, put ½ c. sugar, ¼ c. corn syrup and 3 Tbs. half n’ half cream. Place rolls on top of mixture; raise 30 minutes. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or so. Turn out immediately.
