Prepare the jelly as per instructions. Place jelly in a round
container lined with plastic film. The jelly should fit on the
round sponge base.
When jelly is set carefully lift put of dish and set on sponge
base. Alternatively put sponge on a cardboard base and place
over jelly. Quickly invert the two and peel the cling cilm off the
jelly.
For the choc covering - place chocolate with 150ml in a bowl
and melt gently in the microwave. Leave to cool. Beat the
remaining cream and fold gently in with the melted choc
mixture.
Leave to firm up for a few minutes and spread over orange
jelly sponge
You can add 2tbs Gran Marnier or Cointreau whilst preparing
the jelly
