     Sesame Peanut Noodles

Ingredients
4 cups cooked wholewheat spaghetti (8 ounces uncooked)
1/2 cup vegetable both
2-1/2 Tbsp. natural peanut butter
1 Tbsp. - 1 tsp. cider vinegar
1 tsp. sesame oil
squirt of sriracha
2 green onions, sliced
1 sweet orange pepper, julienned
 

Instructions
1)Combine all ingredients for sauce, and chop vegetables.
2) Heat the spaghetti, then add the sauce and vegetables in. Can be served hot or cold.
