Ingredients
16oz jumbo shells
1/2 lb italian sausage
10oz frozen chopped spinach thawed drained and squeezed by hand
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 egg
3 gloves garlic crushed
1/2 lemon juiced
1/4 c parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp oregano
 
salt and pepper to taste
2 c spaghetti sauce
2 c shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
Preheat oven 350. boil shells in salt water cook til done drain and rinse in cold water
brown sausage drain and crumble, in a bowl combine sausage, spinach, ricotta cheese, egg, garlic, lemon juice and parm cheese season with salt, pepper and oregano
stuff shells with mixture place in baking dish top with spaghetti sauce and cheese bake for 20 min or until cheese is melted.
