     Swedish Meatballs

Ingredients
1-1.5 lbs. Hamburger
1 Onion
1/4 Cup Cracker Crumbs
1 Egg
1 can of Cream of mushroom
1 small sour cream
1 can water
Salt to flavor
Pepper to flavor
 
1 pinch of Garlic
1 package egg noodles

Instructions
Mix hamburger, onion, cracker crumbs, salt and pepper and pinch of garlic. Add enough cracker crumbs to make meat somewhat dry.
Add sour cream, cream of mushroom soup and water to a saucepan.
Roll out meatballs in the size of 1 inch diameter. Place all meatballs in pan.
Bring pan with sauce an meatballs to a boil. Simmer for 45 minutes to one hour with lid on. Boil noodles in separate pan. Serve
