Arrange chicken (skin side up) with meatiest parts to outside edge in baking dish. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high 10 minutes. Drain off fat. Mix soup and milk; spoon over chicken. Rotate dish 1/2 turn. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high 8 - 12 minutes.
Prepare parsley dumplings. Spoon around edge of dish. Microwave uncovered on high 3 minutes. Rotate 1/2 turn and cook 3-4 minutes longer.
