     Cut Brandied Fresh Peaches

Ingredients
5 lbs. peeled and cut fresh peaches
1 lb. sugar
 

Instructions
Place in glass jar or crock. Cover. Let stand until fermented (about 2 wks.) in dark cool place. If mold collects on top, carefully lift off with slotted spoon so juice will drain. Save bright colored fruit. Add juice and more sugar to tast and put in covered jars.
