Mix all together well and put into a gallon jar. Fill with warm water and stir well. Put a toy balloon on the neck and poke a hold in the end of the balloon with a needle. Let stand for three weeks until balloon fills with gas and then becomes nearly deflated. The wine is then ready. Do not remove it while fermenting.
