Concord Grapes
Sugar
 

Instructions
Separate skins and pulp. Bring pulp to boil. Seeds will separate. Run through sieve to take out seeds. Add skins to seeded pulp and cook until tender. Add sugar cup for cup. Cook slowly until thickened. Jar and seal.
