     Mini Peanut Butter Cup Protein Brownie

Ingredients
can of low sodium black beans
1 cup of almond flour
1/2 cup of unsweetened applesauce
1 scoop of chocolate protein
1 tsp of baking powder
1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa
3/4 cup of creamy peanut butter
chocolate chips (optional)
 

Instructions
In a food processor mix drained black beans till as smooth as possible
Mix almond flour, baking powder, protein, and cocoa in a seperate bowl.
Add egg whites and apple sauce to beans and slowly add flour mixture. Mix well and then spoon into a greased mini muffin pan. Cook for 12 mins at 350 or till done.
Heat up peanut butter in microwave for about 25 seconds and stir. Make an indention in each brownie and spoon warm peanut butter inside. You can add chocolate chips of you like. CAL-204 Carbs-18 Fat-13 Protein 12 Sat fat-1 Fiber 6
