Ingredients
1 box elbow macaroni (olive oil)
1 lb. block sharp cheddar cheese
1 lb. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Additional Velveeta may also be added
4 cups milk (more if desired)
 

Instructions
Prepare macaroni according to package directions adding a little olive oil to the water. Drain out water, then return macaroni to same pot, adding cheeses and milk, mixing on medium heat until cheese is almost melted. Turn into baking dish and bake at 350 degrees about 30 min. or until browning begins.
