     Medium White Sauce

Ingredients
1 cup milk, scalded
2 tblsp. butter
2 tblsp. flour
1/2 tsp salt
pepper
 

Instructions
Combine butter and flour. Add milk slowly and stir constantly. Cook on low heat until thick and smooth. Add salt and few grains pepper.
Serving Suggestions
Great over broccoli, asparagus or cauliflower.
