Zesty Tomato Sauce, Tomato combination, or
any tomato sauce desired
Shredded Motzarella Cheese
Instructions
Layer sliced vegetables sprinkling seasonings on each layer. Pour tomato sauce over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Top with cheese and cook 10 minutes longer to melt cheese. May also be cooked in microwave- Corningware dish with lid on high 5 minute intervals for total of 20 minutes. Add cheese on last turn.
