Slice meat in thin strips, trimming all fat, 1/4 inch thick. Mix-pour over meat-stir-set overnight in refrigerator. Stir occasionally. Pat dry. Put in oven at 150 degrees on a cheese cloth. Turn once. Leave until dry.
