Begin at 7 p.m. Place ham in roasting pan with lid. Place in oven and
preheat at 500 degrees. After temp is reached, time for 20 minutes. Turn
off oven.
10 p.m. Preheat again to 500 degrees. Time for 20 minutes. Turn off
oven. Leave overnight. May reheat next morning at 350 degrees if needed.
