     JoAnns Bread Pudding with Vanilla Sauce

Ingredients
Pudding
10 slices day old bread
14 ml butter
6 eggs
788.627 ml milk
295 g white sugar
11.83 g cinnamon
11.83 ml vanilla
 
Vanilla Sauce
44 ml Whole milk
29 ml Butter
10 ml Sugar
5 ml vanilla
14 ml flour
dash of salt

Instructions
Preheat oven to 177 degrees Celsius(350 degrees Fahrenheit).
Break bread into pieces or cut into cubes. Put in 9inx13in ( 22cm x 13.02cm) pan and sprinkle with melted butter.
In a medium bowl combine eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla. Beat until well mixed. Pour over bread and lightly push down with a fork until bread is covered & soaking up egg mixture. Bake for 45 minutes or until top springs back when lightly tapped.
Mix all together in small saucepan and bring to a boil for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour on warm bread pudding.
Serving Suggestions
5 cm (3 inches) squared (about 5 of those measurements a person is optional if you want to use 2 dozen eggs)
