Instructions |
|
|
Beat egg whites, salt, and cream of tartar until
soft peaks form. Blend in the vanilla and sugar.

Slowly fold in the coconut and mix well.

Drop from teaspoon onto cookie sheet lined with
waxed paper, about 1 inch apart.
|
|
|
Bake at 300 degrees for 25 minutes.
