1) Stir balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, and soy sauce with salt,
brown sugar, ginger, paprika, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
2) Stir in garlic, green onions, oil.
3) Put salmon in a glass bowl or baking dish and pour marinade
over it.
4) Put in refrigerator and marinate 2 to 24 hours.
5) Grill on medium-high heat about 4 minutes per side (until firm
and opaque) OR bake at 400F on baking dish lined with foil for 15
minutes then turn off oven and let it sit in oven for about 10 more
minutes.
