1. Preheat oven to 165 degrees C. Grease pan with
cooking spray (I used fry light).

2. In a large bowl, cream butter & cream cheese
until smooth. Add sugar gradually and beat until
fluffy.

3. Add eggs two at a time, beating well with each
addition. Add the flour all at once and mix in. (I
sifted the flour before and mixed it in with a
wooden spoon not with the mixer.) Add vanilla.

|
4. Pour into a 10 inch tube pan (ciambella). Bake
at 165 degrees C for 1hr 20 min. Check with a
skewer.
PS. I had a little extra walnuts and sultanas and
added them to the cake as well. Delicious -)
