     Crock Pot Polynesian Pork Roast

Ingredients
3-4 lb. Pork Roast
3/4 C. Apricot Pineapple Preserves
1/2 C. Brown Sugar
1 Clove minced Garlic
1/4 C. Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 C Soy Sauce
1/4 C. Molasses
2 C. Chicken Broth
 
Instructions
Place Pork Roast in Crock Pot.
Combine all other ingredients and mix well. Pour over roast. Cover Crock Pot and cook on low 8 hrs. DO NOT COOK ON HIGH!
