     JEAN’S POTATO CASSEROLE

Ingredients
8 medium potatoes
cheese whiz (small)
8 oz. sour cream
1/4 c. butter salt and pepper
 

Instructions
Boil potatoes with skins on. When done, drain and cool. Peel skins. Shred the potatoes. Melt butter and cheeze whiz in microwave. Add sour cream and butter and cheese whiz mixture to potatoes. Mix together. Add salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 350 degrees 30 minutes.
