     Basic Meatballs

Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 small chopped onion
1/3 C dry bread crumbs
1/4 C milk
3/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 Tworcestershire sauce
 
Instructions
Mix all ingredients. Shape by tablespoonfuls into 1 1/2 inch balls. Bake in 400 oven for 20 minutes or cook in saucepan.
