Combine butter, oil, and sugars in bowl. Mix until
creamy. Mix in eggs & vanilla; add mixture of flour,
baking soda, salt; mix well. Stir in chocolate
chips. Drop by spoonful into cookie sheet. Bake @
350 for 8 - 9 minutes or until golden brown.
