     Frozen Banana Pops

Category   Desserts - Breads
Sub Category   Kids
Preptime   10 min.

Ingredients
At least 1 banana (depending on how many pops you want)
Fat free/low fat plain greek yogurt
Cinnamon (optional)
Sweetener
Toppings (ideas below)

Instructions
1) Cut up bananas in the size of pops you want - can even use a whole banana. Then insert popsicle sticks or thick toothpicks in the middle of the banana pieces. 2) Freeze for 20 - 30 minutes (lay on some kind of flat dish/plate and on wax or parchment paper). 3) Mix greek yogurt with cinnamon and sweetener to your liking - taste as you add sweetener to see when you should stop adding. 4) Cover the bananas with the yogurt and then with the toppings and lay back on plate. 5) Freeze for at least 3 hours. 6) Before consuming, allow to thaw for about 15 minutes.
Greek yogurt mixture ideas - mix with mashed up fruit or use yogurt that's mixed with fruit; honey; coconut flakes; peanut/almond butter; Nutella
Toppings ideas- coconut flakes (pictured); crushed up cereal of choice (Cinnamon Toast Crunch is pictured); chocolate chips; chopped up nuts (peanuts/almonds/etc)
You can eat this as a snack, with breakfast, or for dessert!
