     Sweet Potato Brownies

Ingredients
2 small sweet potatoes
1 banana, mashed
2 eggs
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup oat flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp stevia
 
Instructions
Blend all ingredients, pour into cake pan and bake for 25-30 min at 400F. Let cool, slice into 9, and eat.
