     Thin Mint Protein Fudge

Ingredients
2 scoops chocolate protein powder
2T PB
1T coconut oil
1T coconut flour
1T chocolate cocoa powder
1-2T maple syrup or agave
couple drops stevia and peppermint stevia
unsweetened almond milk until a thick consistency
 

Instructions
Line a dish with Saran Wrap and lay out. Make flat and refrigerate. Melt 2 peices of 72% dark chocolate with 1T almond milk and stir until smooth. Pour over top to form a layer. While warm, drap PB through to make a swirl.
