     Beef Jerky

Ingredients
3 - 5 lbs. meat
3 Tblsp salt
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 cups warm water
1 tblsp pepper
1/2 cup vinegar
3 tblsp liquid smoke
 

Instructions
Slice meat in thin strips trimming all fat, 1/4 in thick. Mix; pour over meat;stir;set overnight in refrigerator. Stir ocassionally. Pat dry. Put in oven at 150 degrees on cheese cloth, turn once. Leave until dry.
