     Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
3 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp clove
1 tsp allspice
3 cups sugar
1 cup oil
 
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 cups pumpkin
2/3 cup water
1 1/2 cup pecans or walnuts
2 large loaf pans
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in order given. Separate into two greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
