     Frenchie's Spoon Bread

Ingredients
5 eggs
4 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup white corn meal
1 tblsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups milk
2 tblsp melted butter
 
Instructions
Beat eggs and baking powder until foamy. Stir remaining ingredients into mixture. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees until puffy and golden.
