     Zucchini Bread

Ingredients
2 cups Bisquick
1 1/2 cups shredded zucchini
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup oil
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cup chopped nuts
 
Instructions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom only. Beat all ingredients on low speed. Stir constantly for 30 seconds. Turn to medium bowl ocassionally - 1 minute. Pour into pan. Bake 50-55 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Cool completely before slicing. Store in refridgerator.
