Layer 2 pieces of ham and cheese on each roll and put on a cookie sheet with a rim.
Melt together and bring to a boil- butter, brown sugar, Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce, cooking for 1 minute. Pour over biscuits. Sprinkle with poppy or sesame seeds if desired. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
