     Corn Souffle

Ingredients
1 can Corn
1 can Cream Style Corn
1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1/2 C. Corn Oil
2 Eggs, beaten
1 carton Sour Cream
3 oz. Cheddar Cheese, grated
 

Instructions
Combine corn, cream style corn, corn muffin mix, corn oil, eggs and sour cream. Pour into 9"x13" Pyrex Dish. Bake @ 350* for 45 minutes.
Put grated Cheese on top and cook 10 minutes more, or until cheese is melted
