Combine brown sugar, butter and corn syrup in small saucepan. Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Pour syrup mixture into a greased 13x9x2 baking dish with pecans. Place six slices of bread on top of syrup mixture. Top with remaining slices of bread. Combine eggs, milk, vanilla, salt and cinnamon, stirring until blended. Pour egg mixture evenly over bread slices. Cover and chill 8 hrs. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven 40 to 45 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve immediately.
