     Blue Cheese Wedge Salad Crostini

Ingredients
12 slices of French baguette, sliced 1/2 inch thick
2-3 tablespoons olive oil
Garlic salt
2 cups iceberg lettuce chopped
8-10 cherry tomatoes, cut into quarters
4 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped
2 tablespoons blue cheese
1 tablespoon blue cheese dressing
3 green onion, chopped for garnish
 
Cracked black pepper

Instructions
Heat oven to 350. Place baguette slices on baking sheet and brush with olive oil and season lightly with garlic salt. Bake until lightly toasted, 8-12 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool on baking sheet. Meanwhile, toss lettuce, tomatoes, bacon and blue cheese in a small bowl, then dress with blue cheese dressing. Top each slice of crostini with salad mixture, garnish with green onion and cracked black pepper. Serve immediately.
