     Spinach, Basil, Avocado Quinoa Bowl

Ingredients
1 avocade
1/2 cup cannelini beans, drained
2 large handfuls spinach
15 basil leaves
1 garlic clove
1/2 lemon, juice
1/2 tsp salt
Quinoa
 

Instructions
For dip- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. For bowls- Scoop ½ to ¾ cup cooked quinoa into each bowl. Top with a few spoonfuls of basil bean dip and about ¼ cup beans per bowl. Stir to combine.
