Mix 1/2 cup of hot water with the gelatin. Set aside.

Bring tomato soup to a boil. Add cream cheese and stir until smooth. Add green onion and mayo and gelatin. Let set for 30 minutes
|

|
Add Shrimp. Pour into mold and refrigerate. Once mold is set, invert onto a plate.
